Study or to work?
I am so sick of thinking about this question over and over again. Yesterday kinda got cheated by this company. I applied for Marketing Executive, it becomes a sales job whereby I will have to go door by door (residential) to ask for people to donate. I find this stupid. Why cant they just be frank in Jobstreet and tell us the truth. I am going to call back to the director to tell him that I am not interested in this kind of job.
CNY is indeed boring, worst, today is V.day. One of my facilitator, Karen, told me that V.day can also celebrate friendship. After she told me that, I try very hard to recall if I have ever celebrate V.day with friends and the answer is no. Haha, nvm about that because I am numb to all these kind of days.
I was in my room just now and I decide to take out my primary and secondary school report and read the comments given by my form teachers from year 1993 to 2004. Maybe I have changed, maybe not. Below are the comments and seriously, the comments are true. Dont get a shock if you read some comments that are super nasty.
Date: 21/5/93 (Pri 1)
Comments: Zhi Tong shows interest in her work. She is a pleasant child.
Date: 12/11/93 (Pri 1)
Comments: Zhi Tong should try to speak in English, especially in school.
Date: 20/5/94 (Pri 2)
Comments: Has the potential to do better. Needs to speak more English and strive for better results. Home supervision is essential.
Date: 14/11/94 (Pri 2)
Comments: Has the potential to do better. Should pay more attention in class and strive harder for better resutls.
Date: 19/5/95 (Pri 3)
Comments: She should concentrate more on her studies.
Date: 10/11/95 (Pri 3)
Comments: She could have done better if she tries.
Date: 20/5/96 (Pri 4)
Comments: A hardworking and attentive pupil. She needs to work independently on her own at home in her subjects to do better. Try harder.
Date: 31/10/96 (Pri 4)
Comments: Need practice in doing problem sums. Has slowly progress in other subjects. There's room for improvement.
Date: 27/5/97 (Pri 5)
Comments: Zhi Tong is capable of better results.

Comments: Zhi Tong must try harder for better results.

Comments: Zhi Tong must work harder. Zhi Tong, please work hard.

Comments: Zhi Tong is a cheerful and pleasant girl. However, she needs to be more determined in her studies.

Comments: Zhi Tong needs to be more focused in her studies. She has the capacity to perform if she takes her assignments much more seriously.
Date: 28/6/01 (Sec 3)
Comments: She is cheerful and responsive. But she has not done her work sometimes and has not brought her books to school on some occasions. She must learn not to be so tardy.
Date: 12/11/01 (Sec 3)
Comments: A cheerful and bright natured person. However, she is not focused at all on her studies, and takes things too casually. She needs to do alot of revision and review during the holidays.
Date: March 2002 (Sec 4)
Comments: Easily distracted and gives up too quickly. Zhi Tong lacks concentration and determination. You are much brighter than what your grades show but who will know unless you prove it.

Comments: Zhi Tong still lacks the determination that is neccessary for her to get good results. She has to push herself hard if she is to obtain good results.

Comments: Still dreamy and not determined enough to do well. It is unthinkable that anyone should want to sleep during any test. If this is your attitude, then you would be wasting your time here.

Comments: You need to be more disciplined as well as determined. Your moments of distraction are still too frequent and this definitely affects your ability to have a clearer understanding of things you study.
